These Account Usage Guidelines explain how Customers must use Flusso infrastructure to remain eligible for support, restoration, or replacement.
1. Use Assigned Browser Profiles and Proxies
Each Managed Account must be accessed only through the Browser Profile and Proxy assigned by Flusso.
Do not log in from:
- personal browsers;
- personal devices;
- unapproved VPNs;
- different countries;
- unknown IPs;
- unauthorized tools;
- mobile apps unless approved.
2. Do Not Change Identity Data
Do not change:
- name;
- surname;
- verification-related data;
- core identity details;
- recovery details;
- profile ownership signals;
without written approval from Flusso.
3. Follow Outreach Limits
Use reasonable outreach volumes. Avoid sudden activity spikes. Follow Flusso recommendations for connection requests, messages, profile visits, follow-ups, and campaign speed.
4. Avoid Spam
Messages must be professional, relevant, and compliant with applicable laws.
Do not send:
- deceptive messages;
- misleading offers;
- aggressive sequences;
- irrelevant mass outreach;
- repeated messages after objection;
- prohibited content.
5. Keep Access Secure
Do not share credentials with unauthorized users. Do not publish, sell, transfer, or expose account details. Notify Flusso immediately about suspicious activity or restrictions.
6. Premium and Sales Navigator
Premium or Sales Navigator access may depend on availability, account condition, payment, Third-Party Platform rules, and subscription status. Flusso does not guarantee permanent availability of Premium or Sales Navigator.
7. Restrictions
If an account receives a restriction, warning, verification request, or limitation, Customer must stop using it and notify Flusso immediately. Do not attempt recovery, appeal, re-login, or modify settings without Flusso guidance.
8. Replacement Eligibility
Replacement or restoration may be unavailable if Customer:
- ignored these guidelines;
- logged in outside assigned environments;
- changed identity data;
- used spam;
- exceeded limits;
- transferred access;
- violated any policy;
- caused restriction through misuse;
- failed to pay subscription fees.
