This Acceptable Use Policy explains what is not allowed when using Flusso.
Customer must not use the Services for:
1. Illegal Activity
Any activity that violates applicable law, regulation, court order, or government requirement.
2. Spam or Abusive Outreach
- spam;
- deceptive outreach;
- misleading sender identity;
- mass unsolicited messaging that violates laws;
- harassment;
- excessive or aggressive automation;
- ignoring opt-outs or objections.
3. Fraud and Deception
- phishing;
- scams;
- impersonation;
- fake offers;
- credential harvesting;
- misleading claims;
- deceptive recruiting;
- fraudulent investment, crypto, or financial schemes.
4. Harmful Content
- malware;
- spyware;
- viruses;
- scraping malware;
- unauthorized tracking;
- attempts to bypass security.
5. Sensitive or Regulated Campaigns
Unless expressly approved in writing, Customer must not use the Services for:
- adult content;
- gambling;
- weapons;
- illegal drugs;
- high-risk financial products;
- political persuasion;
- extremist content;
- hate speech;
- medical or health claims;
- harassment;
- surveillance;
- unlawful recruiting;
- services targeting children.
6. Platform Abuse
- resell or rent Flusso access;
- transfer Managed Accounts to third parties;
- change profile identity data without approval;
- bypass assigned proxies;
- log in from unauthorized environments;
- use unauthorized automation;
- attempt to defeat Third-Party Platform security systems;
- use accounts after suspension or termination.
7. Data Misuse
Customer must not upload or process:
- stolen data;
- unlawfully scraped data;
- children’s data;
- sensitive personal data;
- government IDs;
- payment card data;
- passwords;
- data obtained without required rights or legal basis.
8. Enforcement
Flusso may suspend or terminate access, remove data, disable campaigns, refuse replacement, or deny refunds if Customer violates this policy. See also the Account Usage Guidelines and Replacement & Refund Policy.
